Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of QuickICP (the "Service"), operated by Sunkara Ramesh Kumar ("QuickICP", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
• You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate account and billing information, and keep it up to date — particularly billing details used for tax invoicing.
• One account per user. Sharing login credentials across multiple people/teams to circumvent per-seat or per-plan limits is a violation of these Terms.

2. Description of the Service

QuickICP provides company and people search, contact reveal (email/phone), LinkedIn profile lookup, and related list-management tools, funded by a credit balance that's replenished through monthly plans. Plans are not auto-charged — there is no card-on-file automatic debit; each renewal requires you to actively complete payment (see §4). Specific features, pricing, and credit costs are as described in the app at the time of use and may change with notice (see §11).

Data accuracy disclaimer: business contact information returned by the Service is sourced from third-party data providers and enrichment partners. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any company or contact data returned by a search or reveal. You use this data at your own discretion and risk.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) in violation of applicable law, including India's IT Act, TRAI regulations, CAN-SPAM (US), or GDPR-related direct-marketing rules (EU) that apply to your use.
• Scrape, bulk-export, or systematically extract data from the Service beyond normal usage patterns, for the purpose of building a competing product or reselling the data as a standalone dataset.
• Attempt to circumvent credit limits, rate limits, or account restrictions (including creating multiple accounts to bypass a suspension or ban).
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm any individual whose contact information is returned by a search.
• Probe, scan, or attempt to breach the security of the Service, or interfere with its normal operation.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the Service or when contacting individuals found through it.

Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension or termination without a refund of unused credits, at our discretion, in addition to any other remedies available to us.

4. Credits & Plans

• Access to paid features is funded by a credit balance, replenished through monthly plans (Starter, Growth, Business, or a custom Enterprise arrangement).
• Plans are not auto-charged. There is no card-on-file automatic debit and no automatic recurring payment. Ahead of each renewal, a pro forma (unpaid) invoice is issued reflecting the upcoming charge — you must actively complete payment for it to renew your plan.
• If payment is not received by the due date, a 2-day buffer period applies before the plan is treated as past due and access to credit-consuming features is paused; your existing data remains accessible throughout.
• Credits granted by an active plan are consumed by searches and reveals as described in-app; unused credits carry over only if you renew the same plan or upgrade to a higher one. Downgrading to a lower plan does not carry over unused credits from the prior, higher plan.
• We may change plan pricing or credit allocations with notice; changes apply to future billing periods, not periods already paid for.

5. Payments & Taxes

• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank account details.
• Prices shown exclude applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise; the correct tax is calculated and shown before you complete a purchase.
• You're responsible for providing accurate billing details (legal name, GSTIN if applicable, address) for correct tax invoicing. Invoices already issued are not retroactively altered by a later change to your billing details.

6. Refunds

• Plan payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
• Credits already consumed (searches performed, reveals completed) are not eligible for refund.
• For any payment or refund issue (e.g. duplicate charge, a technical failure resulted in no credits being granted), contact us at support@quickicp.com and we will investigate and correct it.

7. Account Suspension, Restriction & Termination

We may restrict your account under any of the following statuses, with a reason recorded and visible to you:

• Frozen — your existing data remains viewable, but credit-consuming actions (searches, reveals, purchases) are paused.
• Suspended — a time-boxed restriction, automatically lifted once the suspension period ends.
• Banned — your account is permanently restricted from using the Service.

In every case, you retain the ability to log in and reach Support to appeal the restriction — restricting an account never removes your ability to contact us about it. We may terminate or restrict access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or abuse, or at our discretion with notice where legally required.

You may stop using the Service and request account closure at any time by contacting Support.

8. Intellectual Property

• The Service, its software, design, and branding are owned by QuickICP and are not transferred to you by using the Service.
• Data returned to you through a search or reveal is licensed to you for your own business use (e.g. outreach, CRM enrichment) — not for resale or redistribution as a standalone dataset to third parties.
• Feedback or suggestions you provide about the Service may be used by us without obligation to you.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data returned will be accurate or complete.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickICP's total liability arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Nothing in this section limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold QuickICP harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of data obtained through the Service — including claims arising from how you contact or use information about individuals found via a search.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India. [If you intend to serve international customers, have a lawyer confirm whether this needs adjustment for enforceability in other jurisdictions, and whether an arbitration clause is preferable to court jurisdiction.]
